Everything we do is specially made to your specifications. You need to reply to our emailed order acknowledgement to confirm the specifications and the ship-to address or to make any corrections and/or changes to this order. We must receive your reply within 3 days of our order acknowledgement. If you do not reply within 3 days, we will assume you approve the order.
We make every effort to display paint colors and stains as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate. Once we have received final approval by email, or omission of your response to our order acknowledgement, no changes can be made.
Damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. All goods are shipped insured.

We guarantee to build what you ordered. If we make a mistake we will fix it.
We also guarantee our craftsmanship for one year from date of delivery. This guarantee does not include damage caused by customer abuse or mishandling.
All claims will be reviewed by us. Claims must be filed within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
We use premium grade lumber and hand select it for color, figure and grain matching. Variations in color and grain are normal in all lumber and therefore occur in our products. Wood furnishings are also vulnerable to slight warpage, shrinkage, swelling and/or hairline cracks. These conditions may be aggrevated by prolonged exposure to moisture, humidity and temperature changes. They are natural characteristics of wood furnishings and do not constitute structural defect and are not covered by this guarantee.
As with all finishes, some fading, darkening, or color change, such as “yellowing” may occur. These effects can be intensified with exposure to sunlight. Over exposure to water can result in damage to the product. Liquids like nail polish remover, alcohol, and some medicines may damage the product. These conditions are not covered by this guarantee. Our hand distressed products are likely to have small indentations and other distinctive marks not considered defects and are normal characteristics of our distressed finish.
Most items have shipping charges for destinations within the continental U.S. posted on their respective web page. For delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and many islands off the coast of the U.S., double all posted shipping charges.
Unfinished items with deeply discounted prices are still the same size and weight as finished items and will therefore be shipped at the same rate as a finished item.
Certain items do not have shipping charges posted due to their unusually large size, especially vanities, media consoles, desks, and bookcases. Please email sales@MeadowbrookCreations.com with the item you are interested in and your zip code. We will email you the shipping charge, usually within two business days.

All orders for items priced below $100 must be paid for in full at time of order. All orders for items priced above $100 will require a 50% deposit at time of order. The balance plus shipping charges must be paid when your item is built and ready for shipping.
Upon receipt of your order your item will be scheduled for construction and you will be notified of an estimated completion date.
